Privacy Notice:
The AskHR Alumni Digital Assistant is using employee and separated employee information, some classified as PI (e.g. email address, name, CNUM / Talent ID, phone number, business title, business address) and SPI (when provided by the employee) for the purposes of processing your requests via the digital assistant. Such information is used for the current session and will only be used to fulfil the employee's request. PI and SPI will be removed once the session is closed.
We will store PI data (for example your CNUM/ Talent ID) and the history of your conversation with the digital assistant, track your feedback (if any) including a direct contact when necessary, identify patterns for digital assistant improvement and address your specific request or concern if necessary. We use employee data to derive insights in order to provide you with a better employee experience.
Other than the above, access to the information is limited to yourself, your management, if applicable, and the relevant HR process teams by business process definition or as required per IBM’s employment terms and conditions. Exceptions may apply based on local legal requirements.
